In the evening, moreover, the offer expands with Italian classics paired with a curated selection of quality Italian wines.

Our extra-virgin olive oil is an exclusive blend of Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoiano olives. The owner’s family farm grows them on Lake Trasimeno and cold-presses them on site. In addition, bread, handmade fresh pasta, breadsticks and focaccia come from certified organic flours meeting AIAB standards. Our chefs select meats from pasture-raised farms: Italian-bred Black Angus and dry-aged red pied beef up to 70 days. They never source from intensive farming operations. Furthermore, the team picks fish daily from the Milan market, while fruit and vegetables follow strict seasonal rotation.
